spicy or as mild as you wish -- just add more or less of the chili peppers to
your taste |
|

peppers, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped lemon
grass 2 1/4 cups chicken stock 4 cups peeled and diced
pumpkin 1 1/2 cups unsweetened
coconut milk 1 bunch fresh basil leaves |

oil and butter over low heat. Cook
garlic, shallots, chilies and lemongrass in oil until fragrant. Stir in chicken stock, coconut milk and

October Activities
We are so excited about our upcoming engagements for the month of October!! But we have a confession to make ....... We really love providing Event Scrapbooking services !!! Capturing your day while it's happening and packaging it up in an instant keepsake is one of the things that makes your day even more memorable.
We have a mix of private and public events this month -- here is a look at a few of them:
Baby Shower Event
This private event is being held in a function room at a large restaurant with an expected attendance of 60+ guests. The Event Scrapbook for the Mom-to-Be is all ready for the day -- now all that's needed is the event day to arrive!!
Birthday Party Event
This private event is going to be exceptionally fun as it's using a high tea murder mystery theme! We are working together with two other event service providers resulting in an event that will be one to remember.
